Game Day! Football-themed Reinforcer and Activity Page

This fun activity page is great for getting speech practice in OR as a reinforcer/sticker chart to motivate your child. You can have them color in or place a sticker over a football each time they do their speech homework. You can also ask your child's SLP for a word list to practice and write them on the footballs, coloring in each one when your child practices the word at their level (word, phrase or sentence). This fun activity packet was designed for a family-friendly community event hosted by Elements Landscape Supply in Baden, PA called Touch-A-Truck, where children of all ages could visit the landscape supply yard and explore excavators, fire trucks,  dump trucks and more! Apraxia Kids

Apraxia Kids is a Pittsburgh-based, but nationally recognized organization that "supports parents and professionals in their understanding and raising awareness of" CAS. They have many helpful guides for parents and SLPs on CAS, provide training and bootcamps for professionals, and host an annual national conference. This website is a wonderful place to go for many resources as you begin or continue your search. Click on their logo above to visit their website.
